In the interests of being "Scientific" about this trial I went to Boots and paid 50p to be insulted by the weighing machine. Today I am 6" tall (flattery), 15stone exaclty (insult), and have a BMI on 28.5; overweight (insult). Let's see whether a month of not exchanging money for food and drink improves my stats!
